Customer Audit Success!!
From Wednesday 27th January Broadwater Mouldings site in Beccles, Suffolk was the subject a three day audit performed by a leading German company. The extensive audit covered Quality, Design, Engineering, Production and Commercial areas. All three representatives were particularly impressed with the ability of Broadwater Mouldings to demonstrate they meet all of their customers’ requirements. Also included in the report, which will be retained and distributed throughout the German suppliers divisions, was the positive mentality and dedication of all who work at Broadwater Mouldings. The potential customer has passed Broadwater Mouldings with a score of 82%. The audit has resulted in Broadwater Mouldings being added to their supplier database, this in turn should lead us to gain further projects over the next decade.
