Finishing Team Leader Required

Due to the continued growth at Broadwater Mouldings Ltd. We are seeking a Team Leader.

The successful candidate will report to the Production Manager. He or she will run a small team and focus on the daily planning, organising and controlling of finishing composite products ready for shipment. The use of techniques such as; Visual Management, Lean etc. are essential.

Experience of composite manufacturing processes is not essential, but would be an advantage.

The level of remuneration package will be dependent on qualifications and the level of experience, but will be competitive, with 28 days, holiday including public holidays.
