Thermoforming, also known as vacuum forming, offers many of the same benefits as FRP, with the added bonus that the material is 100% recyclable.  The wider choice of materials and scope of the new machine opens up more possibilities for more sectors than ever before, whilst being able to economically cater for projects large and small

Versatility and Aesthetics

The versatility of the materials available for Thermoforming is as pleasing as their aesthetics.

Our fabric effect, for example, is purely ABS but with the outward surface appearance and feel of fabric – perfect for any interior mouldings, cladding, framing or anywhere that needs a tactile finish.  Our soft-touch leather effect combines TPU with ABS to give a touch of luxury whilst still remaining recyclable and economical.
