COMPOSITES TECHNICIAN – ELLOUGH

Transferable skills and Experience required:

  • Experience in a manufacturing setting would be ideal
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with accuracy, attention to detail within a busy time sensitive environment

Responsibilities:

  • Follow manufacturing procedures, manuals and guides
  • Team player, we all work together
  • Assemble component parts
  • Meet deadlines of individual production tasks during shift
  • Mix materials and apply coatings to composite materials
  • Store Products and materials safely
  • Finish products and ensure high-quality standards are met
  • Eye for detail & Report on defective parts or tools
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Housekeeping: Keep the worksite clean to avoid hazards from chemicals and fragile products
  • Follow the company’s safety and quality guidelines at all times

Experience in a similar role would be ideal, although not essential, for reliable people with the right attitude and transferable skills full training will be provided.

Our day shift is Monday to Wednesday 07:30 – 16:30, and Fridays 07:30- 12:00 leaving you a long weekend -every weekend ! along with 21 days (moving to 24 days with long service) and our Christmas closure adds up to an extra 5 days paid holidays per year (excluding Bank Holidays). Other benefits include free parking, hot drinks, company pension & free work-related health surveillance.

Starting wage £ 13.72 per hour

FACTORY OPERATIVES – HORHAM

Due to increased workload, there are several opportunities to join our team at Horham.

We have a range of opportunities available for reliable people which all include full training :

  • Laminators & Moulders
  • Trimmers
  • Finishers & Packers

You will need your own transport to reliably commute to our site at Horham.

Experience in a similar role would be ideal, although not essential, for reliable people with the right attitude and transferable skills full training will be provided.
