With our customers a the heart of everything we do, Broadwater aim to provide the best experience possible. We have a team of project engineers equipped with the latest CAD workstations, who are the point of contact from conception through to completion.
Building on the extensive experience of the team, all factory workstations are equipped with large format digital screens displaying procedures and schematics, where needed, for all stages of production. All of this is centrally controlled by the production management team to ensure the quality and consistency of our products. Each department head is equipped with a tablet, directly linked to the newly implemented ERP system, allowing precise stock control and ensuring that each stage of production is completed on time, and to a satisfactory standard before moving onto the next.
